Bookings will be confirmed subject to a deposit equivalent to one nights stay.

If the booking is cancelled prior to 7 days from check-in date, full amount will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled prior to 3 days from check-in date then half amount will be charged.

If the booking is cancelled prior to 24 hrs to check-in then full amount will be charged as retention.
